I’ve been to Dar es Salaam three times.  Check out my blog post describing one of those trips.  Dr. Ambilike Mwangomo organizes a conference for pastors every year.  Swahili interpreters provided.  They are hungry for teaching in pastoral counseling, spiritual growth, leadership, etc.
